L i m i t 04:14
This wound could have claimed your soul, but you won't admit at all. You hurt but you won't say why, with all your resources fried. Throw your hands up, like your just don't know. How can you deny? Something's wrong with us. The seeds that you sow in vain, won't grow. Your plan is a witless shame, you know. Start a war with twigs, twigs and branches. Am I foolish now? The words inside my head give life to thoughts of dread, I force myself to sleep instead, why? Something's wrong with everything. On my own, my heart beats a hollow drum. In your love, this old man will be undone.

Siberia, so cold; and so far away. Should I call this place home? Isobel, fare thee well. Falter on, my hopeless maiden, raise your voice in desperation. When she dies, we won't know. Siberia, coronate Isobel as your princess of icicles. Your cold has filled her heart, full. Isobel, fare thee well.
3.
Mirror on the wall, who is this solemn broken soul? Soaring on withered wings in my mind. Forging through the cold, with this arrow and this bow. A slow motion silent dream. In my mind, Silence is calling me over these forlorn seas, will I go? In the flowers with you for hours, all the things I should have done. All this while alone, in isolation. There's a world out there full of beautiful people who don't want to eat you. I'll walk with you though the park, we'll dance in the light that pierced through the dark. Oh to be, someone safe and free. Pounding on the door, people sleeping on the floor. Hop back up the stairs, boy I wonder if there's someone there? There's a storm in here, but I won't drop my anchor, I won't even yell out for help. Now I'm starting this war, in Isolation.
4.
What are you capable of Robinhood? What are you capable of? Play truth or dare, I bet you won't stand to tell a lie if I ask you to be honest. Or is there something deep inside, you can't admit it started with an act of love that went wrong somehow? Is this wrong or right, I can't tell day from night. What's black and white again? I stole the riches for the poor. What are you capable of Robinhood?
5.
Look at this world we've found. Just there, beyond the clouds. The children laugh and play while you're at work all day. If you could only see the things it does to me. You and I together in another world, oh you and I together in another world. In the sky together in some other world, oh you and I together in another world. Don't fear the heights, just pretend that we're kites. When we look in to your eyes we can see other worlds.

about

L i m i t started with members Brandon and Eric deciding to write and record a short collection of songs that would fit within the "limitations" of their sub par recording gear. With the aim to release their music to the public for the first time, it quickly evolved into something that pushed them both beyond their initial limits. At times they didn't think it would happen without more professional studio gear, but they finally found enough satisfaction in their home recordings to call them their first "official" release. A short form realization about how limited we are as individuals, which also strives to embrace our limitations, and work with them.
